b. Pro-Rated Refunds

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Services
No refunds are provided for:
Domain name registrations and renewals (due to ICANN and registry rules)
SSL certificates once issued
Software licenses and third-party integrations
Abuse-related terminations or policy violations
4. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact our support team for resolution before raising disputes with your bank or provider.
