For first-time purchases of shared hosting, VPS, or cloud hosting plans, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order.

Exclusions:

b. Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations after the 30-day period or for renewal payments.

c. Refund Method

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, typically within 5–10 business days.


3. Non-Refundable Services

No refunds are provided for:

  • Domain name registrations and renewals (due to ICANN and registry rules)

  • SSL certificates once issued

  • Software licenses and third-party integrations

  • Abuse-related terminations or policy violations


4. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact our support team for resolution before raising disputes with your bank or provider.
